Stats for Ground Vehicles

There do not seem to be any example stats for Ground Vehicles. Am I missing something and if not, what stats would you guy suggest? Thinking of Deckard's personal vehicle in BR.

Rules Clarification: Firearms in Close Combat

In ranged combat, Firearms skill is always a straight roll unopposed.

The rules say you can use your Firearms skill in Close Combat though. Does this mean that it can be opposed by a defender?

(ie. "gun-fu"?)

Rules Clarification: Pushing Opposed Rolls

I understand that in close combat, only the attacker can push the rolls.

Is this true of all (or most) opposed rolls or is this just a special case for a close combat attack?

Re: NPCs and Stress

If a minor NPC goes down due to stress do you roll criticals as normal or is there an optional rule similar to when their Health goes to zero. I’m just thinking about the Nexus 9 hit squad in Electric Dreams. It feels like using a called shot to pin them down and thereby give them stress would be a...

Re: Rules Clarifications: Effects or Certain Critical Hits

The effect of a broken leg is that you can't stand upright and the effect of a broken arm is that you can't use that particular arm. Most often it is quite clear if you a certain action needs two arms or not if you need to be able to use two legs but if it isn't then it is up to the GM to decide fr...

The Immortal Game and Future Case Files 02+

Electric Dreams mentions that this is just the first case file in a campaign called "The Immortal Game", (I love that the name is a reference to the chess game played back in 1851 and used in the first movie in the game between Tyrell and JF Sebastian and also printed in the newspaper hand...

Re: NPCs and Stress

Moreover, what is missing is a Morale rule of sorts. Most people would just give up after being fired upon by the police, most certainly after being hit once. So I houseruled that NPCs (with the exception of Replicant Combat models, which makes them creepier, and other military personnel) give up a...

Rules Clarifications: Effects or Certain Critical Hits

From page 73, the Critical Injuries - Crushing table; if you get a result of 7 or 8 you can have a broken leg or arm respectively. The results from 1-6 all specifically state what sorts of rolls would be disadvantaged, but these two results give no entries as to what rolls would be impacted. Should ...

Rules Clarifications: Effects of Advantages and Disadvantages

I am a noob at this system and preparing to GM it. I want to make sure I get some of the basics correct. From page 23; the "Advantage" section under "Rolling Dice"; it states; "Under some circumstances, you get an advantage to your roll, which means you get a third die to ro...
