The version of YZE in Twilight 2000 is different to the SRD. I'm guessing that isn't counted as the SRD? It's currently my favourite version of the YZE. Can it be used?

You're ok to use the T2K version of YZE under the OGL, as long as you A) don't use the Twilight: 2000 brand name or logo anywhere, and B) don't copy any text word by word. That's different from the OGL document, from which you are allowed to copy rules text word by word (as long as you follow the OGL license rules).
