Short question, is there a map tool to create such maps like the one on site 129 of the "Mythic Britain and Ireland" Book (Hampstead Newford House).

I totaly like this clear and architectual style.

I found several map tools or map makers online and/or for money but not even one matches this style (sadly). Most of them are for fantasy maps, colorfull and trimmed to create battlemaps.

I suspect that that map was done with a vector tool such as Adobe Illustrator. Inkscape is an open source program with similar features but without the price tag.

Sadly like I feared with vector tools I need more time to learn the basics than I will later need for a simple map ;(

I watched a few tutorials, tried out Inkscape but for an easy start it´s to technical for me.

I need a other solution.
