Hello together,

In the Adventure arams secret, the npc bhoffas has the Feature legionairs Wrestling.

Is it available as a general Talent for a legionair Charakter, Or is it a Special ability only to this npc?

To my knowledge the ability is exclusive to that PC (but you can easily make it available to your players).
There are similar abilities and talents for various NPCs throughout the Coriolis adventures.
