Just got the game at Pax and have enjoyed reading the history and rules, and am looking forward to running my first session. 
I know it is way early to ask this but Ive read the section on crafting and strongholds and everything requires some raw materials
but I havent seen any tables on standard raw material amounts to give out. 
Did I just miss something? Any help is appreciated. 

I'm not sure you are necessarily supposed to hand out raw materials as such. That seems more like something the players set out to acquire. Either with money, in which case there are price tables, or through other means. In the former case the only thing you have to decide is how much there is for sale. The latter may require some improvising.

Most of the raw materials can be harvested as it were. Wood can be had from the forests, with the right tools and some time for example. Pg. 192 in the players handbook.
