I like the term Just "Mother" would be better, but the pun around the abbreviation would getting lost. Btw: I do not remember ever being called Game Master (German: Spielleiter) at the table. And so I don't expect, someone will say:

That reminds me of the old 8-bits alien videogame:



Mother: "Fire at Engine Room #3"

Taking control of one of the crewmen (Parker?), I entered Engine Room #3, grabbed the Fire Extinguisher there and pushed the use button

Mother: "Fire Extinguished at Engine Room #3"

Suddenly, the alien gets into the room and attacks Parker (who is only equipped with the fire extinguisher) I push the "Attack the Alien" button and...

Mother: "The Fire Extinguisher is Empty"

One of the most memorable Aliens Franchise killings ever....
