Sic a Dog confuses me a bit. It is tied to Agility but the two uses it has tied to a score it uses Wits. It seems like the Dog Handler should have a Key Attribute of Wits not Agility.

Yup, it is a bit confusing I agree. But you use the skill as is when you find a new dog. Probably the only time you actually use "the right attribute" with the skill.

But even that use of the skill makes no sense. I've bought dogs before and my agility really would not help. Wits? Yeah, that would if I want a dog with certain traits. But not agility.

Yup, agree, that's a mistake. The connected attribute to Sic a Dog should be Wits.
