I have created a fillable PDF PC sheet that I would like to share it here and from my Deviant page.
I have the a disclaimer that it is fan made, no challenge to 20th CF or Free League etc., I did include a WY logo on it.
Is there anything else I need to include, remove?
Am I asking in the right place?

What's holding you back, my friend? Just go for it! I don't see what the problem could be. The important thing is not to sell anything that does not belong to you or with a logo or image or ideas that belong to Alien (Free League/20th Century Studio/ Disney). (Free) Fan made stuff are good.

BE CAREFUL, Create your own designs. In that case, if it's your own design for the PC sheet, for example, you shouldn't have any problems. And above all, don't sell anything. To be absolutely certain, ask customer support for their opinion (if you're not sure).
