Tue 24 Mar 2026, 11:32

Hello!

Please use this thread to report any errors you find in the Beta PDF of the Fractured Library & Other Tales from the Lost Horizon. Please report your feedback as soon as possible, preferably no later than April 12.

Page references remain to be added, so please do not report any "page xx" in this thread.

Thank you!

Physical release this fall, as usual it depends on logistics as the books will be shipped across the globe so we do not have an exact date yet.

The sentence at the bottom of p. 37 continuing on p. 38 says "And so Astophoris was forgotten" if I select and copy the text, but I can't actually see the "was" in there, so in my PDF at least it looks like "And so Astophoris forgotten."

It's possible this is just a problem on my end, but I see it on both iPad and an Android smartphone.

- Also, that same page mentions the Builders conducting experiments with "nightshade propulsion". I don't think I've seen that referenced elsewhere. What is it?

Well, it's just color so far :) The idea behind it is inspired by Stephen Baxter's Xeelee. We'll see what happens in future products.

That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure that I wasn't missing something. Thanks.

Not really an error but for the Library mission, I was wondering why the Navigators Guild turns to Master Moska, rather than sending the Purple Guard and/or Fourth Directorate, for this super sensitive and secret mission that seems to be mostly Navigators' business? Also, since the main goal is secrecy, why not send a small shuttle with a minimal, trustworthy crew instead of the Kumaranti?

Is this an English only release or will it be available in Swedish as well?

p13 In the key on mess hall level: “ COMMENDING CREW MESS ROOM” should be Commanding Crew..

Although “Command Crew” would be a better native English translation, but that needs more changes.
