This is change from the Swedish version (the talent only works on Long distance).When you Shoot someone and hit, the target suffers one extra point of damage - but only if you fire at Long or Distant range.
... so the question is, is there any weapon that can shoot at Distant range that I have missed or is this add-on a "just in case we add such weapons in the future" case (i.e. telescopic sights or something) and if there is weapons and/or weapon mods that allow you to shoot at distant range - I guess a penalty of -3 or...
