It's all in the title. I know there are two fanmade rulesets currently on Foundry, but is there any plan to release an official ruleset? I'd be happy to purchase it as I only play on VTT and I'm about to begin an Outgunned (Adventures) campaign.
In terms of VTT and material available, it would be easier to use Pulp Cthulhu, and that was my original plan, but I really want to try Outgunned.

Replying to myself but I've just noticed that Outgunned is on Alchemy VTT. Has anyone tested it?

I saw that too and glanced at the details of what they had, poked and got pulled away. Seemed like they built out items/articles/backgrounds etc. Now it would be nice if they move all that into a foundry VTT (or into the unofficial one and make it official).

Same feeling. I did purchase Outgunned on Alchemy and as a result... I'm running it on Foundry ! Because the Alchemy system is really not as good as Foundry in my opinion, but mostly because even though they include more material, character creation is not convenient at all. Once again, Alchemy looks nice and attractive on a first glance, but turns out to feel unfinished, incomplete, to the point that I prefered entering values by hand into Foundry.
