New Loremaster here!

I'm currently planning a campaign in and around Moria and I really want to use the orcish factions and the Fortress of Malech.

Could anyone explain in detail how to repair and relight the Broken Lamp (p. 111) as described on p. 115? When I look at the painting on p. 110 it looks like the lamp hangs really far above the ground and there is no real to way to reach it. The book only describes characters examining the lamp from a distance using CRAFT.
Even the High Ledge (p. 110, 114) seems to not be connected to the lamp but rather like a secret way inside the fortress.

Thanks in advance for your ideas!

- Have it reachable from the high ledge?
- Have it reachable from the high ledge, plus a suitable jump (Athletics check).
- Climb up to the roof of the cave, then down onto the lamp via its chain?
- Break the chain/pull it down?
- Clear out the orcs and build a structure to reach it?
- Devise a means of lighting it that you can launch into the lamp from the ground/the high ledge?

Taking advantage of the topic about the Landmarks of Moria. Is it possible to organize the order of the Landmarks in sequence? For example, in a crossing from west to east (or vice versa), what would be the 'path'? What would be the sequence of the Landmarks?
