It is from a paper magazine (at least I don't have any PDF of it) where they wrote various news from FL. It is in the latest issue of the magazine that came out just recently. The above quote was the only reference to ToR news. I think there will be a proper news email soon enough.Sounds legit. Do you have a link to the article?

It might be the sourcebook about the Elven realms mentioned a few weeks ago by Francesco.
The source mentions "a preorder campaign" so the content of this book remains a mystery, but I think it shoud contain landmarks at least.
