This is the first I've heard of a "Keepers of the Three Rings" campaign. What is the rumor?

It is from a paper magazine (at least I don't have any PDF of it) where they wrote various news from FL. It is in the latest issue of the magazine that came out just recently. The above quote was the only reference to ToR news. I think there will be a proper news email soon enough.

It might be the sourcebook about the Elven realms mentioned a few weeks ago by Francesco.
The source mentions "a preorder campaign" so the content of this book remains a mystery, but I think it shoud contain landmarks at least.
