Me and my friends have another mutation that we would like to get clarification of, and this time it is the human plant mutation:

- Is it possible to push the unarmed attack roll performed using the ability?

It is an attack roll so yes. Unless the rules specify otherwise, you can always push an attack roll (overwatch fire can't be pushed for example).
