The text of the 'Magical Seal' spell states it reduces the power of all incoming spells by the Seal's power, which means it would make it significantly harder to magically heal or even resurrect a warded ally until the quarter-day ends.
Is this an intended consequence of this (admittedly really nice) spell, or did something maybe get lost in translation?
Can the 'sealed' PC just choose to not use the seal against (apparently) friendly spells?
