I was going through the web site, making sure I had ordered all the Throne of thorns books, and I was able to identify the following based upon their description on the web site

1. Thistle Hold - Wrath of the Warden
2.
3. Yndaros - The Darkest Start
4. Symbar - Mother of Darkness
5. Alberetor - The Haunted Waste
6. Davokar Awakens

Which one is #2? The only other campaign book on the web site is KARVOSTI – THE WITCH HAMMER and it doesn't mention the Throne of Thorns.

Karvosti is the second installment in The Throne of Thorns campaign. That must have been an overlook when labelling the titles.
