Letting players have Trollcraft?

I have a player who is an Occultist with "changeling" as a dark secret. This implies connection with the trolls. Assuming I limited them to "weaker" trollcraft, how much XP do you think would be appropriate for them to pay for spells. Trollcraft can be powerful!

Hur mycket XP tror du är lämpligt för svagare trollcraft-trollformler, med tanke på deras potentiella kraft?
