Sandor may be right in his observations. I mean, the chance is there to gain permanent corruption, but it does seem unlikely.

Related question... Are there any examples in RoS (or native symbaroum) where permanent corruption is.... well...."permanent"? That is... "It cannot be removed by any means". Is there an existing precedent for this?

Yea, I'm aware of that. I was just wondering of there was a precedent for "un-removable" corruptuon. Something so dark and foul that it's "touch" is permanent. As a DM, obviously we can create whatever we like, but sometimes it's nice to be aware of an existing occurrence of whatever "said topic" might be.

Yes and it's absolutely terrifying. I've seen it described as the abomination "rips its way out of the old shell" leaving a bloody and ghastly mess behind.
