Scott has never confirmed that Alien and Blade Runner share a universe. Most likely due to who owns the properties. Fans have assumed that they do, just a 100 years apart. He has planted Easter eggs to suggest this. They will share a universe in my world, but
1. They are set 100 years apart
2. They probably won’t use the same rules system
So, it’s all very academic and fluff. More usable for Alien than Blade Runner.
If going to the colonies for a jaunt serves my story. I will send them without a second thought. I would see it more Total Recall than Alien. The first Total Recall, not the crap fest of a remake. I would imagine that from LA to the colonies is expensive and one way however, unlike Total Recall.
