These things give a very bad image of a company, and at the same time are extremely telling.

P.S. The service usually responds within 24 hours, but it's possible to give them up to 48 hours (2 days) normally.

It's been several months now. Is this still within the realm of possibility? I see there is now a "Chariot of the Angels" release which I imagine is a remake for evolved edition? But is there likelihood we'll see Foundry support? I mean Destroy of Worlds & Heart of Darkness are there already.

Guys, I apologize for being blunt, but I've already said at least 3 or 4 times (in this post) to contact customer service about this. I don't have the latest information here, thank you. It's a habit you should get into to contact customer service for certain issues, thank you.
