I am playing the premade mysteries and think they are fantstic. One thing I miss though is an overarching story. Maybe someone pulling the strings or some big problem they hear clues about a they go along. Have you had a simillar idea and how have you implemented it?

I've only read the corebook, but I remember there were some hints in its introductory adventure concerning an overarching story/metaplot - hasn't this lead been taken up by any of the other published scenarios?

Was just about to ask this, our group kind of lost the "forever DM"-curse so now we all know enough to be able to share the DM-chair regularly BUT I still do sit on the full story behind all of the doings from that first mystery. So i didnt wanna read all the new stuff to see if they continued the story yet since I'm going to be playing some of them as a player and not as a DM. Or GM i guess?

Has anyone heard any news about the metaplot or overarching story for Vaesen? I´ve searched for news about new releases but can´t find anything. Of course it´s the things that are mentioned in "Dance of dreams" I refer to.

No, but a reoccurring theme is places under the ground 'rootcellar' 'rootcave' 'well'.

I hope some will be explained in a next book! I am hesitant to make it up myself in case they bring something out and it will be more epic than what I had made up :p
