So, I'm running a T2k4e campaign, and my players are starting to meander northwards - y'know, where all the ports with possible ships are. Has any third-party map of northern poland been published by this point? I've seen everything from the Baltics and Ireland to Central Kentucky mapped, but haven't come across a North Poland one yet.

If not, is there an easy way to substitute one in?

I like to use real topographical maps with a hex overlay instead of the ones that comes with the game.
Got more interesting details on it and helps with the immersion.

This one is based off a pilot navigation map from 2001 (1:500.000) which covers northern Poland.
I've superimposed a 10km hex-grid on it (in my actual game I use 5km grid for more fidelity).

This question also makes me wonder if we'll ever see a combined map of Poland and Sweden or any other strategic maps from Free League.

Based on what you are using for play, I am the author of a module for FoundryVTT (https://foundryvtt.com/packages/ofm-map-canvas) that uses OpenStreetMap data to generate interactive and precise as well as realistic maps of the world.
