Prepping a boss fight!

A new Efficient GM prep video is out. This time, I need to prep a boss fight, for the first time, for my campaign.
Symbaroum is notorious for having weak bosses that get taken out too fast, so that's the challenge I'm tackling today.
I'm prepping the encounter with Na-Ethikel Ambreagos, in the Blooming Vale adventure landscape from WotW. It's the first time my players encounter an enemy from Symbarian times, so it needs to be memorable!
Also, I got the timer out to see how fast I can prepare this session.
