Nekatra: How big are they, and would a PC have the same movement as a wild Nekatra?

I am about to play a Nekatra character in a Coriolis campaign, and I realized I have no reference for how large they are, other than that they are presumably roughly human/humanite sized.
So, roughly what range of size and weight should they be?
Also, they have a listed movement rate of 16. Should a player character have that movement rate (they walk upright, but run on all fours)? While I would love to make my GM groan a little, it does feel pretty high.
