So, apparently the pdf map of Eregion can't be printed. When I try to print it out, all I get is one tiny corner of a 35% rendition of the map. I just wanted a one page copy to print to use in session. {Sigh}

If you don't get help from someone here, you can email [email protected] and ask them directly about it.

If you are printing from Acrobat, make sure the box "Choose paper source by PDF page size" is not checked. And then select your paper size manually using page setup. Then select "Fit" or "Custom Scale", depending on exactly what you're trying to accomplish.
