New Foundry VTT - Do i need both

Hi Guys
Just purchased Symbaroum rules and Vasen rules, there is a starter set do I need both or just one
of the files.

Not unless you plan on running the adventures in the Starter Set. There are a few extra roll tables for Davokar exploration in the Starter Set that are nice, but not necessary to have.
