I'll be having my groups first session this week. I'm toying with an idea for an NPC. Basically, he's a spy/assassin that's a potential ally/enemy in a reoccurring status.

What would be the best way to create him. There's nothing really saying how in the core book.

I would just create a character without selecting a career. Just give him appropriate attributes, skills and talents. And of course the gear to do his job.
