Is it possible to have two of the same condition? For example, if a situation tired you out and gave you the Exhausted Condition, and then you had to do something again and you ended up more tired, could you get a second Exhausted condition? So essentially you have Exhausted 2, and you take -2 to your physical rolls. Or is it once you're Exhausted and get another Condition you have to move on to another condition like Wounded?

This question was brought on by the Medicine Skill description, where it says you can heal 3 physical Conditions with a passed test, and each extra success heals another 3 Conditions, implying you can have more than just one of each physical Condition.

You can only have one condition of each. So once you have all three, the next condition have to be the Broken condition. The idea with the Medicine skill is that you can heal more than one patient at the same time.
