[ALPHA] Weapon costs

Looking through the weapon prices and they don't seem to be based on any internal logic.

Comparing for instance an AKM to a PM-84. Both have a price of 300 but the PM-84 is equal or worse in every single way. Generally it feels like at the very least SMGs and shotguns are are wildly overpriced for what they do.

I'm thinking that considering how bad they are they should be seen as the economy choice. Having them slightly more expensive than pistols and perhaps making pistol calibre ammo lighter and cheaper would mean they fill some sort of niche rather than being an expensive, bad assault rifle.

The referee has the final say over the prices and whether it's a submachinegun or an assault rifle, it's still a great force multiplier. They should cost something considerable unlike the jury-rigged weapons which function as a last resort solution.
