The maps form the swedish sourcebook Atlas över Tredje Horisonten are now available for free at:

It seems like the rest of the untranslated content will be turned into a Free league workshop-PDF at drivethruRPG.com, accordingly to FL on Facebook. This is possibly because a lot of the material will become outdated after the dramatic events of the Mercy of the Icons-campaign.
