How do you mechanically resolve this? I'm asking as so many of the monster listings are swarms. I was thinking of treating fire as 1 damage and use fight if their waving a torch about.

Yet again so sorry for yet another question.

I use a rule from Forbidden Lands here. In FbL when you attack a swarm, you can only do one point of damage to it. In MYZ this would be that you can only do one point of damage when you attack a swarm, unless you use a flamethrower, Molotov-cocktail, a grenade or certain mutations.
