A few questions about REGEN. The Permanent Trauma sidebar on page 70 calls it "an ancient drug." Who developed and manufactured it? Is it an Old Age product or a Enclave drug still in production?

Can it be used on any creature with permanent trauma from any source?

What would happen if the the players decided to give a dose to the Elder? My group is wily and there's almost no chance they wouldn't immediately think to do this and then grill the old man for answers. Saying that he died before they got back with the drug seems like a cop-out.

Regen can be used on any permanent trauma (i.e. it restored lost attributes). It is not something that you can buy in the Elysium enclave so it is probably a product from the early days and not still in production.

It is up to the GM what will happen if it is given to the elder. Maybe he will live longer, maybe it has no effect. Whatever fits the campaign best.
