Hi,

it is correct that some classes can choose cybernatics as starting equipment? In the German version of the core rulebook the soldier gets to choose between cybernatic muscles and a grenade which dosen't seem like equal options.

Well, you need to get talent+gear to get the use of the muscles... so it balances out a bit. Grenade is right here. Right now, kaboom!
