Would Rustbite's drawback affect Algorod too?

Rustbite's stats states that "Each time the user causes an enemy to be Broken with the sword, she suffers 1 point of damage to Empathy."
King Algorod has only got 2 Empathy.
If he breaks two heroes, does it mean he's broken?

I would argue hes already been broken many many times and thats why he is a complete psycopath

the sword causes the broken character to keep attacking lashing out at anything rather than sit an cry

Yeah, if anything, it likely makes Algorod more dangerous in the moment. Presumably up until he has lost his empathy he could be bargained with but once it's gone it's just raging madness until everything is dead or run away.

Haha, not necessarily. You could assume he recovers like a PC would. Up to you though.
