In Hotel Imperator, there is the tablef or Psi-mutant powers. 
Upon trying to find the Power 'Cryokinesis', I cannot seem to find it anywhere in the MYZ book, is this missing?

I don't have the English versions, so this may have changed, but at least in the Swedish version, the Cryokinesis mutation (and another new mutation) come in the Dead Blue Sea Zone Compendium.
