I will be testing the game table top, but I will also be running a game on a Play by Post forum.
I wished to know if anyone else also plays in such a manner?

I posted on the Paizo boards to see if anyone is interested.
Otherwise, I was thinking of either trying on RPOL or MythWeavers.

I do still have an RPOL account, haven't used it for years and years. Don't know Mythweavers.

Not enough people interested in it, yet, so I will just run it tabletop, and not PbP for now.

I'm also interested in this Play by Post. I've never tried it before.

How should something like that work? Which frequency? How long? What about outtimes (weekend, holidays,...)?

That's what we're testing - normal PBP, so post when ever you have time and take a look at the forum daily.
I have volunteered to run Chariot using Discord - could still use one more player if you're interested.

I have made the experience, that the story runs on quickly, whenever an active player and the GM is online. And the others lack the possibility to act and have to read what has happend in the last night.

Yes, it depends on the players for it to work.
