Would this be the best place to post questions, errata, clarifications, etc. about the Starter Kit? When I click on the hyperlink "form" in the PDF of the Starter Kit, no form pops up.

And I think (not sure) that Pre-Orders would be the best forum for your questions, since any rules things might change before the main book is released.
