It seems I am no longer receiving notifications, is this happening for anyone else?

Previously I received an e-mail about new topics and replies but not anymore?

Maybe the your setting for the forum changed when FL changed web-hosting a while back. So check that.

Does the notification configuration screen appear to be bugged?

I’ve changed the settings multiple times now, there seems to be an extra column for “notifications”, I still no longer get e-mails though.

I don't get any notifications at all, not here, not through email (and I should).

That's odd, the email notifications started up for me again yesterday, and I've never had issues with notifications on the site itself (the little bell in the top right which notifies with a red dot). Maybe check to see if somehow you got unsubscribed from your previous watched forums, Fenhorn...?
