Is the religion of the FL monotheistic or polytheistic? Will there be info about the gods? And does every race have their own gods?

Ravenland is polytheistic, but there is not one dominant interpretation. At least three fractions all worship the raven god under different names, killing each other for not doing it correctly (any similarities to our world quite unintentional
) Different peoples have their own takes and gods, yes.

Yeah, the 13 "gods" in Coriolis are called Icons.
