Hi it mentions that for 5 Xp you can increase a skill by 1 point.
Does this apply to advanced skills that you start with 0 points in as well or do you need to spend 5 xp to learn a new advanced skill 1st ?

Hi! You can learn an advanced skill right away - the 1st skill level costs 5 XP.
