We have one character in the group using Sorcery to gain Technology Control. We have another character in our group wanting to use Mimicry on the character with Sorcery. Does he copy Sorcery or Technology Control?

MIMICRY would technically be able to copy SORCERY in that scenario, but it wouldn't be an issue if the GM decides to allow for SORCERY's duplicated power to be duplicated (only after the successful PRESENCE roll where the target would have it currently active).
