Hello, im trying to understand how Shapeshifting works besides trying to impersonate another character.

If a character uses Shapeshifting to transform into a creature, one from the Creatures Table for example, would they replace its Strength and Agility with the ones from the creature? Would he gain the Powers/Talents listed in the creature's stat block?

What if you have someone wanting to become a "Dire Animal" or shift into a Monstrous Form with gnashy teeth, supernatural strength, tentacles, and claws that go snicker-snack?

I've been running it as Conditions to the powers, but I have a guy who literally want to have what can only be called : Multiforms - where he can assume any form he can imagine and have unique powers tied to his appearance.

I know it looks like OP power gaming, but he doesn't want all these powers at once; instead he wants to only access certain physical powers associated to the shapes he takes.

Yes, you can assume the form of other creatures or objects, taking on their appearance and physical traits, which would include any physical-related powers or talents. If a power or talent is mental in nature(as determined by the GM), then you wouldn't. Assuming those would require using the MIMICRY power and proximity.

In that case, i believe the character also replace their Health by that of the Creature, the Power mentions that it lasts a few hours or until the character is Broken. Would it be right to assume that when he is Broken and returns to his original form he is at 0 Health?

Also, for example, if a character with 8 Health transform into a Bat with 5 Health and takes 3 Damage and goes back to his original form, would he come back at 8 Health or would he discount his Health by the Damage?

Pointing out the inverse first, when transforming, if your current Health is lower than your reduced maximum score when you transform, you keep your current score after the transformation. So the player couldn't have 8 Health, go down to 3 current Health, and then transform into a bear to be at 9 Health. They would stay at 3.

In your example with the bat, the player would keep the number of Health they have lost - so they would end up at 5 Health (8 minus the 3 points of damage they suffered).
