Hi there,

I was surprised to find out that I can't use my primary email address to create an account on Free League Unbound. Why are iCloud-related addresses not supported?

Because Free League Unbound is a new domain, Apple-based emails have been hard bouncing, as a result we have had to pause new accounts with those emails associated as they are not able to verify their email.

We have a ticket open with our email provider and will enable those domains as soon as we are able.

If you don't want to wait, in the meantime you could create an account with an alternate email, and we would be able to change your email via a ticket in the future once the issue is resolved with the provider.

Thanks for the fast response. I would love to wait until this issue is resolved before creating my account. Do you think it has a chance of being resolved while the early access period is still active?

yes 100% should be! I expect to hear back from our email provider soon, and no matter what as more emails go out, domain trust from apple will increase.
