Looking at the Free Tabletop License (FTL) I can not find any for T2k.

Is this intentional or would I be free to produce material for T2k as well.....?

The various Open Game Licences only applies for games that FL own themselves. For almost all of their other games you can create your own supplement under the Free League Workshop license.
