A couple of comments / constructive feedback:
* It can be a bit inconventient to keep moving back and forth between the tabs when your attribute point total changes, and I do not realize, what is still missing. (For example, I picked up a weakness, and I have to realize I must go back to attributes and allocate the extra point). Dunno how to handle that, though. Maybe the currently 'needs attention' tabs should have a special color?
* I'd consider letting the users proceed from a tab, even if the math does not add up (have not made all choices, or over-spent attributes), just keep the tab highlighted for needing attention.
* I think the suggested occupations for your archetype are not mentioned in the background tab?
* Suggested attribute allocations & different ranks. I'd mention something like 'your rank will receive -12/-6/+6 less/more attribute points to spend, you have to decide where to add/deduct those points.'
* teh talent tab seems a little difficult to manage, for me at least. Took a while for me to realise when have I made my choice, I thought I was just looking at the details of each talent by clicking first, and I'd have to add them later (like you did with Powers). Maybe using the same U/X mechanic on the two tabs would make it a bit more intuitive?

Anyway, congratulations for this really useful piece of work, and thank you for taking the effort!

This is amazing!

So good! Last minor suggestion: when selecting a Background, there could be a heading ('Available Talents' or some such) for the three Talents available to the Background, to separate it more from the Backgrounds.

This is really cool, however can I point out one missing feature? The rulebook says that for one attribute point you can get additional power sources. This does not seem to be reflected in the character creator.

Very interesting, with a lot of potential.

One thing, what about allowing for adding custom Power Limits to any power?
