If I remember correctly, the rules do mention that the GM may group several npc participants with the same stats in an action scene under a single initiative card. If they are not extras, do you have a practical tip for keeping track of their allotment of separate actions, without having separate cards? Like, which of them used an action already for a didge, etc.
