Ok so just looking for clarification on how the Life Leech limit interacts with the other HEALING boosts, especially mass and distant heal.
Do they become like ranged attacks now against unwilling targets now? Or do the boosts function outside of the limit imposed?

Boosts generally can't overcome the restrictions imposed by a Limit, as that would sidestep their effects in the first place.

The Life Leech limit specifies that you can only heal yourself with it, and that you must touch an unwilling target to make it work. The GM could decide to allow you to take the Distant Healing or Mass Healing boosts to change that, but it wouldn't be the standard intent of the rules. If they did allow it, using it on unwilling targets should certainly require and AGILITY roll.
