Unhouse Wraith stat block?

So Tales from the Lone Lands mentions "Unhoused Wraith" on Page 38...
But there's no stat block for them?
Just the Wood Wights.
Was googling, and I see it mentioned here -

So I checked the 5th Edition D&D book - and it also does not have it.
Was there ever stat blocks for the Unhouse Wraith? If so, why was it removed?

It was in the Alpha, but they changed them from an Adversary to an environmental hazard, effectively. PHs take Shadow Points, as per their description on p38.
