Combat Veteran: In an action scene, you may take 1 point of stress to keep your initiative card from the previous round instead of drawing a new one.

Question: Can I keep the card each round as long as I have Stress to pay for it? Thanks.

Yes - you can hold onto your initiative card in subsequent rounds as long as you have the Resolve to take the stress.
