Strength levels

Hi there,
I was wondering whether a bit more granularity could be added to the 12 Strength categories in the core rules? I propose adjusting the ranks to the following levels...
1: Poor : 100 lbs
2: Typical : 200 lbs
3: Good : 600 lbs
4: Great : 1 ton
5: Extraordinary : 5 tons
6: Incredible : 10 tons
7: Amazing : 30 tons
8: Astounding : 70 tons
9: Phenomenal : 100 tons
10: Awesome : 200 tons
11: Godlike : 500 tons
12: Invincible : 1000+ tons
I feel that the original levels of 7: 30 tons and 8: 100 tons leave too big a gap, whereas adding one more rank of 70 tons would, for example, allow Monster Girl (who can lift over 60 tons) to stay at the (now more accurate) rank 8 (still doing slugfest damage of 4) and Invincible to go up to rank 9 (5 damage). This would also make the system more compatible with Marvel heroes and villains (think how many characters lift between 50 and 95 tons).
What do you think?
